We provide a secure and nurturing setting for supervised visits and changeovers, helping children maintain positive relationships with their non-residential parents or extended family members without being exposed to conflict. We aim to support safe, consistent contact, with experienced contact supervisors present to guide interactions in a calm and caring way.

Our supervisors are trained to support children through engaging and meaningful interactions, often using play to help children feel more comfortable and at ease. We understand how important these moments are, and our services are designed to support smooth transitions so children feel safe, valued and supported during every visit.
